Jay Speedy: This IS in fact the place to be posting such thread. You can take for example a thread that became active on the list recently about Steam Family Ban bypasses, and it started as a "complaint" or "begging" as you may call it. And guess what: Valve did something about it, because people started to take notice of this issue and wanted the change.
Perhaps this is the way to introduce a new issue to valve, although they have self-awareness, they might miss on some things.
