It hits 8 on round respawn, thats normal because all 32 players respawn at the same time, this has always been the same since HLDS, when all respawns the FPS drops for a second. This is nothing new and has been here since the 90s. Yes it goes up to 2 sometimes but i would guess this is because of bots, if you read the whole thread you would know that by now. My point with the video is that it runs 128ticks with 32players with a stable SV on 128 and i havent seen any servers done that from the people that complains on here.
