102.4 is the default if you add -tickrate 100 to the command line, so we
use 102.4

From my exp with csgo. Its either 64 or 102.4 unless u want to remove
most maps that ramp glitch.

We have always ran our Surf DM servers at 100 tick, with minimal
issues. 128 tick is where we ran into problems.
I have still gotten caught since the path on our surf DM server(just
played a good 2 hours on it), but it isn't bad.
