Had both issues on my servers since the new scoreboard came. More than 10 
players and the scoreboard is messed up. Also every time i connected on them, 
scoreboard showed 0-0. Been saying this occasionally but no fix has come. 
Unless the 0-0 thing was really fixed within a month.
