The number of people who contact me with requests to help them set up their
server and they don't even know they're supposed to get plugins from
alliedmods leads me to believe your estimate is very optimistic. I point
them to a link to the plugin and then still have to tell them how to
install it because they have absolutely no interest in learning anything
about the community - they just want a 1v1 server with knives to play with
their friends when ours is full, or whatever.
