In TF2, bans for blacklisted servers were by IP - so if there are 10
gameserver instances running on 1 machine and it's IP gets blacklisted,
all the servers will not be able to fuction properly. So keep your
customers aware of this and yourself too.
Bans were month long in TF2 at first, not sure if they actually
permbanned anyone.
