I'll bite. I haven't seen any comprehensive surveys about css development habits and I certainly think it'd be an interesting thing to get some more information on.
I'd certainly be open to suggestions about questions/topics. In the interest of keeping Off Topic posts off of the list, I'd ask that people send any comments about this directly to me when appropriate.
