Changing the rule for .CenterColumn_WPR_A from "overflow: auto;" to
"overflow: hidden;" fixes Safari's scroll bars this end. (Safari 5.1,
Mac OS 10.6.8).

Am not seeing your page pushed down, but you do have a 155px margin-top
on your #TextHead_Home DIV. Is that the cause?
