OK..this fixed the scrollbar issue on Safari 5 Mac, Safari 4 Mac IE 6
Windows and FF 6 Win
Am not seeing your page pushed down, but you do have a 155px margin-
top
on your #TextHead_Home DIV. Is that the cause?
This issue remains, so I guess I'll need to look at its code and
parents code.
