reserves or holds when a patron asks for many (14 or 15) and then looks them
over & chooses only one or two to check out? Do you charge a small fee (25 cents
or so) to reserve a book, and does this stop the overzealous
users? One of our librarians wants to know.
Her staff has been feeling frustrated lately with patrons who seem to be abusing
this service. Thanks for your comments.
