At McGinley Library in McGregor, they just sign in on a sign up sheet with name, DL # address, time in and time out. If they have a library card then they write in the library card #. I am wondering how many libraries have policies that require their patrons to have a library card to use the computer? If not, do you just require a sign in sheet or how to do service out-of-town patrons that are just stopping by to use the computer? Currently, Hewitt Public Library does not require a library card to use the computers. N.
