And that superior force would be. . . .? :-/ If the way the US and NATO
have handled this fiasco from a military standpoint is any indication, one
would be hard pressed to argue the "superiority" of said force. Milosevic
has proven to be the superior force in the propaganda war by merely keeping
his populace blind to his atrocities. The US and NATO, on the other hand,
advertize their military plans on CNN.

I've yet to have anyone expound on this to my satisfaction, although I
definitely see the signature of a "greater plan" at work in this nonsense.

Taking the propaganda at face value, *something* had to be done about the
slaughter of untold thousands of people. We cannot afford to have the blood
of another race of people on OUR hands because we refused to act as we
initially did in WWII. The "final solution" was so named because nations
like the US refused to accept Jewish refugees at a time when Hitler merely
wanted the Jews out of Germany. WE are just as guilty as the Nazis
regarding the plight of six million + people.
That said, if anyone had asked for my opinion concerning what to do in
Kosovo from the onset, I would have suggessted supplying the Kosovars with
all the technical training and armaments they would have needed to defend
themselves.
