They are NEVER in ANY ONE possible theoretical position or
"arrangement," hence, the quantum nature of things on small
scales, i.e., quantum mechanics, or the statistical prediction of
a particle's energy states, i.e., the statistiacal analysis of
particle and energy vectors.
Well, since the above is considered to be true via Experimental
Physics connfirming such in new ways almost daily, also true is
one of the other basic premises of Quantum Mechanics, i.e., that
there are an infinite number of realities born at every smallest
increment of time, i.e., if a particle can be in any possible
states, THEN IT IS IN ALL OF THEM, i.e., ALL possibilities are
real (and will continue to be real).
Another way to look at this smallest scale of dimensions and
time, is that when it all comes down to a single particle and
which of it's basic energy states it is in, and hence which
possible future outcome will be a reality, ALL POSSIBLE STATES
ARE REAL, i.e., ALL POSSIBLE STATES WILL EXIST FROM NOW ON.
AND, since all future occurrences are going to follow from which
of one, two, OR possibly a third quantum energy state this
quantum particle is in, well...then according to the confirmed
reality of Quantum Mechanics, ALL POSSIBLE STATES WILL BE REAL,
and hence this one particle has branched out into three different
futures, each of these to split into 2 or 3 more in just a
quantum unit of time later, etc., etc. etc., i.e., INFINITE
REALITIES!
In other words, at this level, everything to come is going to be
based on the outcome of which state of matter/energy a quantum
particle is in, and that any of these states that it is possible
for this particle to be in, IT WILL BE, i.e., new timelimes
(realities) breaking off every quantum set of possibilities.
At this profound level, when the entire future of the Multiverse
is going to be based on this single possible outcome of whether
this one particle is STATISTICALLY going to exist as a plus, a
minus, or possibly a neutral, well...ALL THREE HAPPENED!
At this most very basic of events, the basis of all quantum
mechanics assumes, due to the Heisenberg(sp) Uncertainty
Principle, that ALL POSSIBILITIES, and hence all possible
futures, EXIST AND ARE REAL!
In other words, ALL POSSIBLE FUTURES, IN FACT, DEFINITELY EXIST.
The question *should* be, "where are all of these different
'futures?'" Well...they ain't here, that's all we know for
sure:)
What information is stored in the arrangement of those

The most interesting, and probably the "real deal" (i.e., the
theory that seems to offer the most promise of attaining a
Unified Theory of Everything) is the branch of theoretical
physics called Hyperdimensional Cosmology.
The most popular school of thought in this discipline of
Astrophysics lately is that there are 10 (or 11) dimensions
(i.e., our 4D realm, and it's complimentary 6D dimensional realm,
and then, in order to gain a perspective of these two realms as
they are observed in relation to each other, some cosmologists
insist an 11th dimension may be necessary in order to describe
the entire enchillada, i.e., The Multiverse (btw, does this sound
like what the ancient texts call the Higher and Lower Heavens, or
what?).
Anyway, small forces in our 4D realm (like atomic and
electromagnetic forces) would manifest as large forces in the 6D
realm, and vice versa. What's more, small forces (eg.,
vibrations of electromagnetic or atomic forces) that approach
zero in our 4D realm, are large forces, like Gravity, that would
be approaching infinity in the 6D realm (Higher Heavens?).
What's more, mass and matter in our 4D realm are vibrations on
one dimensional arrays (or "strings"), or vibrations on a two
dimensional planes, in our complementary 6D realm, and vice
verse. The above are The Superstring Theory, and more lately,
M-brane and P-brane Theories of Cosmology) .
And, if this is so, and indeed most experts these days are
tending to beleive some variation of this concept, then as the
very smallest of atomic or molecular energies and masses approach
zero (or it's smallest possible quantum quantity) in one realm
(and this would be at least one place where these "memories" you
refer to would be manifested), the complimentary forces in the
other complimentary realm would be approaching infinity, and
these complimentary force transformations/manifestations from one
realm to the other may occur in or near a "doorway" such as a
black hole, or maybe at the intersection of matter and
antimatter, etc.
So, not only are these "memories" real (i.e., artifacts of all
forces that have ever influenced atoms, molecules, or crystals of
some matter like water) via current finds in the most modern of
theoretical and experimental physics, but the smallness of such
events, i.e., on the quantum level of things, these complimentary
mass/energy vibrations are activities (due to their
infinitesimally small quantity) that would be best witnessed in
the complimentary parallel dimension where these would be
inversely large and easy to detect, versus the infinitesimal
forces these memories would represent in the realm they
originated in.
Also, in this way, it is clear that everything in one dimension
has influence in all others realms.
In other words, these infinitesimal events (the remnents of any
and all vibrational interactions the particle ever had could be
WAY more evident, or be more easily monitored or tracked, or
recorded in the complimentary realm because as forces and masses
approach zero here, they are manifested as the opposite (i.e.,
huge) in the complimentary realm.
What's more, forces at one end of a measurement spectrum in our
4-D realm will manifest as opposite types and magnitudes of
forces at the other end of the mass energy spectrum in the 6D
realm, and vice versa (i.e., mass --> energy, energy to mass,
and/or small forces to large, and large to small).
Well, IF IT WAS DESIRED TO MONITOR recorded or imprinted changes
at the quantum level as these vibrations (i.e., "memories"
waiting to be detected) approach zero in one realm (this would be
one possible place that a recorded "memory" of everything might
be observed, i.e., molecules being permanently "imprinted" in
some way FOREVER, or as these "imprinted" recordings of some
vibration approach BUT NEVER REACH zero ( which is basically the
water molecule in some way being imprinted with EVERY force that
has ever acted on it)....well, picking up these infinitely small
vibrations or "memories" could be done most easily as forces easy
to detect and read, i.e., LARGE, from the reverse manifested
energies and masses in the complimentary 6D universe, i.e., those
that were approaching zero in one realm, would be easily read as
forces and masses approaching infinity in the other dimensional
realm.

The reason none of the above has happened YET, on any large scale
anyway, is because alternative medicine is NOT popular ... it's
not eating away at any significant profits. If/when it does, you
can bet they will legislate against it and seek control of it.
Also, btw, Homeopathy is a catch-all term, I think some etiology
to the term "homeostasis," therefore it can include just about
anything, however, I don't think there is much doubt at how
powerful some Naturopathic medicines (the adding of western
medicine and pharmacology to gain many old and new remedies from
naturally occurring items, eg., flowers, minerals, fungus,
massage, etc.), can be.
There is no doubt that the above type of Homeopathy (as well as
many others, eg., herbal medicine, Native American Indian
Medicine, etc), evoke very measurable physiological reactions in
the patient, period.
Whether any Homeopathic appraoches are the best possible
treatment, or what combinations of traditional western health
care (part of The Evilarchy) and "Natural" type medicine, for any
individual's specific needs, well, that's what the Internet is
for, i.e., read all the crap, and make the best decision you or
trusted ones can....
