Homoeopathic remedies cost nearly nothing to make.
They aren't patentable.
They FAR outperform poisonous petrochemical based pharmaceuticals.
You are only showing your parochialism and lack of critical thinking ability
with your questions.
IF you were interested in answers, they abound.
You could start by discovering that Homoeopathy is one of 4 equally
respected forms of medicine in India, somewhat ahead of "western" medicine.
You could easily discover that homoepathy in the U.S. was subjected to the
same sort of pressure by the AMA and the pharmaceutical industry that they
were BUSTED for w/regard to Chiropractic.
You might begin to imagine that MONEY IS the issue, and HEALTH is not-
healthy people will not PAY THROUGH THE NOSE for expensive pharmaceuticals,
and so- MUST NOT have access to alternatives in order for the drug industry
to flourish.
(I thought this was a list of critical thinkers.... 'cept for Will
"Budweiswer" Shannon....)

DRUG REACTION IS WORLD'S FOURTH MAJOR KILLER: An alarming finding by
Canadian researchers is that adverse drug reactions cause more than 100,000
deaths in the US every year - which makes them the fourth biggest killer,
after heart disease, cancer and stroke. These figures could be far worse if
administrative errors, overdose and "possible" reactions were also included,
the researchers point out. "The figures are much higher than expected and
suggest that adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are considerably under-reported,"
says Bruce Pomeranz, head of the University of Toronto research team. Around
76 per cent of the ADRs were caused by highly toxic drugs, while others may
have been caused by inadequate monitoring of therapies and doses. The
Toronto researchers are confident that these figures would be similar in
every other developed country. In the UK, Charles Medawar of the
drug-monitoring group Social Audit said up to 5 per cent of all hospital
admissions are caused by drug reactions. Once there, 15 per cent of
inpatients have their stay prolonged by a drug reaction, half of which could

If water has memory, each molecule should remember everybody who's
ever pissed it out, everything it's ever dissolved. But where is
that memory stored? Look at the structure of a water molecule -
dihydrogen monoxide. How many bonds? How many ways can they be
arranged? What information is stored in the arrangement of those
bonds? What energy levels are needed to rearrange those bonds? If
you dissolve a vanishingly small amount of anything into a quantity
of water, how is energy transferred from the solute to the water
molecules? If water has a memory, if new info can be stored in a
water molecule, how can that info be unambiguously detected?
If homeopathy worked, why don't pharmaceutical firms reduce the
vast expenses of developing new drugs by producing homeopathic
preparations? Those greedy bastards will do ANYTHING that will
make money - why don't they increase profits homeopathically? If
homeopathy worked, couldn't medical groups dispense with hoards
of expensive physicians, pharmacists, etc? If homeopathy is a
viable system, why hasn't it prevailed after 150+ years?
I know, I know - it's all a conspiracy.
