I sorta doubt it. All the rich and powerful I've ever been able to come
close to don't walk (they're usually driven or flown) except in restricted
areas, don't appear in public without security, and don't feel safe except in
the rarefied "exclusive" company of their peers.
I've met a Rothschild, and he was visibly horrified at being in the presence
of a "prole."
