Actually Duncan - whilst those figures are subject to contention - try
calling those killings "genocide" and one is legally wrong as mass murder for
political reasons was apparently absent from the relevant UN Convention
thanks to pressure from those same enlightened socialists around the time it
was first concocted. But commit the odious act of causing "mental harm"
against a racial or ethnic group and then one is a genocidal brigand
according to the Convention.... It's a funny world.
