Yes, a crematorium takes hours to completely consume a human body...it
would be very unlikely that such conditions existed in a house fire...

Although it IS conceivable that the fire could have been hot enough to
totally char the body, perhaps even consume soft tissue -- and then the
collapsing 2nd story, complete with the heavy roof tiles, could have
crushed the remains. So one wouldn't be looking for an intact body or
skeleton, but bits and pieces of bone...

I heard that the deputy was shot in the head.

Supposedly Beck was stockpiling highpowered weapons, so a shot thru a
kevlar vest wouldn't necessarily exclude Beck as the shooter...

If an autopsy is done on the deputy, I doubt that we will every hear
about it if it is determined the bullet came from a LEO and not Beck...

The deputy was shot as he pulled up on his motorcycle, out in the street.
A neighbor who was interviewed corraborated this -- she said she looked
out of her window after hearing 2 or 3 shots, and saw the deputy LYING IN
THE STREET, next to his motorcycle, and watched as other officers came
and removed him.

No shots were fired at these officers, which makes the shooting of the
deputy suspicious...if Beck really did shoot him, why didn't he then
snipe at the officers who came to the deputy's aid?

And why would Beck shoot a deputy driving up on a motorcycle and not
shoot the 2 agents at his front door who were actually serving the
warrant.

There was a show I saw, I believe it was MSNBC...it's actually been
repeated a few times...it's one of those shows that show 'true life
crime'...

In this case it was about a bridal shower party in LA that got loud; a
neighbor called the cops, one cop showed up and warned the party to quiet
down, but for some reason the cop went back a few minutes later, claiming
that someone had called the cops again complaining that the music had
been turned back up.

The neighbor who had made the first call said he never made a 2nd call;
there is no evidence of a 2nd call being made, only this cop's word.

For some reason this 2nd visit to the party turned bad; the cop called
for backup, suddenly the party was swamped by dozens of police officers.

The LEOs later claimed that it turned into a 'riot', and that they, the
LEOs, had been pelted with rocks and bottles for 20 minutes or more,
before they decided to go in and make arrests.

They did more than that; they beat both men and women senseless, young
and old, regardless of whether the person was 'resisting arrest' or not.
One partygoer was near death, but was conscious enough to remember the
paramedic who was working on him being told by a LEO NOT to render
assistance to this partygoer.

As luck would have it, another neighbor videotaped the whole brouhaha.

When the partygoers who were arrested went to court, the case against
them was thrown out. This wasn't enough for the partygoeers, who turned
around and sued the LAPD.

The LEOs closed ranks; stuck to the story regarding being pelted with
rocks and bottles for 20 minutes; even had some officers who showed
wounds from being hit by flying objects.

It was the cops' word against the partygoers. Until the jury decided to
pay close attention to the neighbor's videotape. As luck would have it,
the tape had caught the police radio broadcast, and it showed that the
cops rushed the party with billyclubs swinging only TWO MINUTES after the
first cop's call for assistance. The videotape showed a neatly groomed
front lawn of the residence, and a clean street in front of it; no rocks,
no bottles, no broken glass to be seen.

And definitely no 20 minutes of cops being pelted with rocks, bottles,
and broken glass, as the cops had claimed.

The jury ruled overwhelmingly in favor of the partygoers, and when
interviewed for the program the jury memebers all said that it was
obvious that the LAPD had lied about everything about the whole incident,
to the point of either faking their wounds, or hiding the fact that LEOs
with actual wounds had actually been injured by fellow officers and not
by those attending the party.

I suspect that if there is either an audio or videotape of Friday's
incident in Santa Clarita, especially the events at the very
beginning, that it could also reveal much that the LEOs perhaps don't
want revealed...
