He has already shot one officer, why would he hesitate to shoot two more? We do need an answer. When I wrote the e-mail yesterday I hadn't heard that the deputy had been shot in the head. It appears that Mr. Beck was an excellent shot, so why didn't he shoot the LEOs who had come to arrest him? He had a clean field of fire when they went to rescue the deputy. I think that the number of shots fired has been over reported. I see no evidence to back up the claim of 150 plus shots. The authorities are reporting that they have located Mr. Beck's body up against a back wall of the house. Would they report that they were unable to locate a body?
