Yes, and I neglected to mention the Pentagon was hit - what? - an HOUR
after the first plane hit the WTC and forty minutes after the second? They
shouldn't have needed ANY info from anyone to see they needed to be on High
Alert. They should have called for fighter reconnoisance over DC the MOMENT
the second plane hit the WTC.
They have procedures in place for every contingency. There has to be a
full set of procedures in place to protect Washington within seconds of
becoming aware of possible terrorist activity anywhere in the country.
