Yes, I think it's the same bug. It seems nobody else uses my work-around:
use keyboard commands (including f.unfocus) to switch to next workspace and
back. After that, keyboard focus goes where I expect it. It's pleasanter
and seems to be more reliable than moving the mouse around.
I'm really curious to see what the final solution will be, but the whole
issue seems to move at glacial speed…
