The manual Richard quoted, however, only hints at ways of setting the
pointer icon when its over CTWM's own decorations, titles, borders and
that sort of thing. I think the original poster, Michael George,
wanted to set /all/ icon pointers, regardless of where on the screen
they are, even if they are in the middle of a window belonging to an
application other than CTWM.

Michael, I believe you have to set X resources for all the individual
programs you run. CTWM is not to blame for the pointer pixmap, say,
Mozilla chooses to use.

It might be possible that Mozilla and other GTK programs use some
themes style way of getting the pixmaps, however, so you might look
into how GTK handles these things.
