The guy I talked to on the phone today basically said he didn't know anything about linux and that they didn't provide any support for it.
Call again and tell him you are using a MacOS X. If he says open IE, then open FireFox. Just follow the tech person's instructions and, if you can, write them down. Once you get the instruction, it would be nice to post them on the CWELUG wiki page for others to get their system working.
Should I have been given a user name or password? I asked the guy on the phone about that too, and he said no.
I don't have one. Or if I do, I don't know what it is.
