When sarge goes stable what's in testing will change to stuff from unstable.
If you want to stick with sarge when it goes stable use 'sarge'. If you want to stay on the bleeding--no, no . . . cutting--no . . . with debian that's 4 months ago packages in the new testing then use 'testing'.
I don't recommend 'testing' on a production box because if sarge ever does go stable a lot of people are going to get a surprise when they update.
Now that's supposing that sarge EVER WILL go stable--to which many of us have grave doubts.
