1) I have found that most USB drives have to be formatted externally, as
many carriers only can create a MBR with FAT32.
2) SImplest solution would be to hang on a PC as a 2nd drive, then go to
<My Computer><Manage><Disk Manager>. Pretty much drag-and-drop GUI, .. what
were you trying?
3) If you really want to initialize in the case, you will probably have to
create the first partition FAT32 (under 32GB), then enlarge.
