Are you saying that OOo 2.0 can generate PDF forms?  That's awesome.

Do you have a sample OOo 2.0 doc or know of one that I can download  
to try out?

Sweet.  I'll have to play with that.  I've been looking for something  
like that for quite some time.  All kinds of things come to mind.   
And it wouldn't require direct web access: e-mail/download form, fill  
in, e-mail/upload.
