Is there FLOSS software that allows filling in and re-editing of PDF forms?
The IRS provides many of its tax forms as fill-in forms[1]. However, if you use Adobe Acrobat you can't save the form as PDF. If you "print" the form as PDF, you lose the form structure. That is, the data is there, but you can't change it. Is there FLOSS software that allows filling in and re-editing of PDF forms? Maybe Scribus?
