H&R Block- before all the news about the scummy scandals (like the 
"special" IRA for tax refunds that would eat people's money). But the 
tax websites are a dime-a-dozen. Start here:

If you made under $50K, filing federal and state taxes online is free. 
At H&R Block's site, they require popup windows to be activated so add 
them to the exceptions list under the preferences.
