Whenever Cecil sends a message to the list, all I see are what look like Chinese characters. So, in order to read his message I have to read the raw source. Does anyone know why this is? I'm guessing it's some sort of mix up between the charset setting and my mail client. From the headers, I see that Cecil has set the charser as UNICODE-1-1:
