Interesting! The URL for the article still uses "Microsoft-encourages..." but the article's title has been changed to "Internet Explorer users encouraged to switch to other browsers" (note it no longer says who is doing the encouraging). I think that's one of the coolest thing about the Internet -- how quickly errors can be corrected, or further details provided. Thanks for the follow-up, Robert!
