pidgin 2.2.1 in ubuntu 7.10, all gmail accounts still 404 pidgin 2.5.2 in ubuntu 8.10, all gmail accounts still 404 (including Robert Citek) jabber.org fine; yahoo.com fine. Deleted certificate, so registered new one -- still no go.
