Hi Robert, got some questions for you. Does your ISP throttle bandwidth (note that some do but don't admit it)? Can you borrow a different computer, and try the same scenario? Do you have the same problems and issues if you go to the local Starbucks and use their wi-fi? Have you tried running wireshark in the background and analyzing the output? Have you tried registering with dslreports.com and running their line quality test? ( http://www.dslreports.com/linequality )
