Not a boatload, but more than other apps - I would assume. I could be

But you have to agree - netbooks tend to be underpowered. Atom  
processors?

Not super-flaky, no. I would think that it would make it much worse.  
At WebSanity, occasionally we've had to restart the router when Skype  
was really bad.
