What about SkypeIn? Specifically, SkypeIn via Google Voice? I use this combination quite a bit for WebEx phone conferences. I'll enter the WebEx phone number into GV and have it dial my SkypeIn number. The bad thing about getting disconnected from a WebEx conference is that it is a fairly long process to get connected. First you dial in, then enter the conference number, then jump through a few more hoops before you are finally connected to the conference. The whole process takes about 3-4 minutes. That's fine if you only have to do it once before a meeting. But doing it 4 to 6 times during a meeting, that's not so good.
