No. You need to use the full pathname of the cx_Freeze wheel, as we've said. If you're not clear what we mean by "the full pathname" or how to use the command line, then I'm afraid that's not something we can explain to you via emails like this. There's plenty of resources on the web for how to use the Windows command line, you should probably look for something like that.
