Paul, will you please email me a good link with some examples to install cx_Freeze from my folder that I install Python program in? I hope you can get me on the right track with the FULL PATH as much as you can. I hope I will get some kind of reply back.

If you're not clear what we mean by "the full pathname" or how to use the command line, then I'm afraid that's not something we can explain to you via emails like this. There's plenty of resources on the web for how to use the Windows command line, you should probably look for something like that.
