Does anyone know whether the police charges football clubs for their
presence during a match? I am writing to my MP about shooting in general,
and want to know if shooters are the only people for whom Full Cost Recovery
is applied.
Does anyone know any (other) activities where the police feel they have to
be involved, yet don't charge the organisers/those concerned?
