The Hammer product recoverite is very good, when I have the budget for it.

I skipped the recovery drinks tonight.Maybe thats why I feel like going to bed
early. The ride was tiring but still worth it.It's great to be on the bike any
day.

Subject: [COWs] Thursday Ride Report!

4 riders showed up for the Thursday edition of the "Lunch Box" ride. Ken, Mike
K., Chris and I rode "Tour De Kenly" through Wilson, Wayne and Johnston
counties. Mike K. cut the ride short because it actually was a lunch ride for
him. Chris, Ken and I continued on battling 20 to 30 mph winds for 45+ miles.
Speeds ranged from 12 mph to 34 mph. I didn't bother noting the average as it
was ugly. Mother Nature was the only winner today. Mike K. left the new bike
at home because he saw a couple potholes that still contained water. Dude!!!
This was definitely a 3 recovery drink day. Speaking of....
