I rode by the "Y" at 5:30 and saw no cyclist. As I was leaving Matt rode up and we cruised out Horne's Church to Liles Rd., to Bailey on 581 and back Old Smithfield Rd. for 32 miles at a 20 mph pace in a double pace line chatting away the entire ride. I think it was his recovery ride and I tried not to show the pain. He was also admiring his new power tap. He was cruising along at over 200 watts, whatever that means.
