Thanks guys! And thanks for the newspaper suggestion. My shoes are still
wet....

Can't say I "enjoyed" the run in the wind and rain yesterday but it wasn't all
that bad. Started pouring the last mile so I picked up the pace -- mile 21 was
at 8:32 :) Felt good throughout and feel great today so I think I'm ready for
MCM in 3 weeks (10/28), and then OBX marathon 2 weeks after that (11/11).

Someone remind me again why I thought that was a good idea?? Oh yeah, couldn't
pass up a good deal on MCM. Thanks Jonathan!

In case you guys don't know of this trick...

For wet shoes, stuff with newspaper. after a few hours change out the paper.
they should be dry by morning.
