Do you have a small example?

I use both a relative URI with d2rq:uriPattern "@@positiveData.key_ID|urlify@@" 
and an absolute URI with d2rq:uriPattern 
"http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/@@data.code@@"; in the same mapping file, and I 
get the expected output, i.e. in the first case my base URI is prepended, while 
in the second the URI is kept as is.

I use dump-rdf -b "my-base-uri".
