Well, since the filtering is the whole point of the test, how is the
test SQL correct at all? It's just a 'select * from table'.

So there should be two filters if the developer writing the SQL
writes it correctly? That's what I meant when I asked if you think
that the framework should examine the UserSQL to determine if it does
what we think it should be doing.
If I'm setting UserSQL, I'm *explicitly* saying that I want to
control the SQL, and that the framework should not mess with it.
