Yes.  The Lazarus guys archive all of the FPC channel. The only issue is it's 
yesterdays discussions.   But I think it would be counter productive to have 
an IRC channel setup at the moment.  If it suddenly died it would appear that 
the project died.  I would really not want to see anyone suggest Dabo had 
stopped development because the IRC channel had little to no activity.
