Tammy,
it may just be something that he needs to outgrow.

My deaf boy who just turned 15 mos or so is just now to the point of only
waking me up maybe once per night, and occasionally not at all! It helps if
he gets a longish walk before bedtime (but not immediately before....).

I hate to ignore a plea to go out, just in "case" there is a genuine
need...rather get out of bed and let him out than pick up after the runs<G>.

He used to get me up three or four times a night - sometimes all he would do
when he got outside would be to look at the moon! Drove me nuts because it
was worse than having a newborn baby in the house!

Hope for your sake he settles down soon.....
