Wouldn't be a good (better) idea to have a cmake option to make a source  
package without docs?
I note that there is an option (BUILD_USERMANUAL) set to OFF, but it  
doesn't appear to be used.

OK, thanks for the links, I may use them, but I do prefer to build my own.
