I have just updated the print-module branch.

First this module now really send the jobs to the printers. So if you
just want to test be sure to install and select the PDF printer.

I have tested on a Dell-3100cn and Lexmark X950 to test the layout and
it was ok. If you want to test fine, but be prepared to eventually have
bad results! I'm particularly interested by feedbacks with Epson
printers which are using a native 360ddpi. I've also not made tests with
a borderless (full bleed) printer, if you have one feel free to test and
report.

Note that I have now implemented the presets for this module. This means
that the database is now updated. I won't keep the compatibility with
the current presets, so again be prepared to loose presets.

Since my last message on the list I have refactored some code and did
lot of clean-up. I expect the current implementation to be feature
complete. That is, all settings from the print dialog are handled.

Do not hesitate to report bugs of course.

I did not find a way to fix the previously reported issue when entering
the print module which can take a long time if there is many network
printers. So if it is your case you wait for the module to display.

I still expect to sent my first review (merge-request) early next year.

Last but not least, here is the procedure to use this module:

1. create a queue in CUPS (http://localhost:631) for your printer

2. setup the print queue parameters from the CUPS driver

3. (optional) calibrate your printer with those settings and never
ever change the settings. If you need another set of parameters
(quality, paper...) create another queue and also calibrate this
   queue.

4. print to this queue using the printer ICC profile if created above

5. enjoy your print :)
