As an owner of a Nikon Coolscan I'm very interested in having RAW-Support in Darktable. Nikon-Filmsanner [2] are still in use, although they are 10 years old, not like cameras in the same age. But I see another Problem: On https://www.darktable.org/2012/10/whats-involved-with-adding-support-for-new-cameras/ you can read: > darktable currently only supports regular Bayer style sensors .. > And besides that there are lots of modules in Darktable that operate directly on the Bayer data, As far as I know, Filmscanner has a Sensor-Row that move along the length of the slide. This seems not to be a "Bayer style sensor" [1]. So (Camera-) RAW is not like (Scanner-) RAW ?
