Just a word about the way I processed the photo : I don't use any basecurve.
Instead, I use an input profile that I created using Vidar Hoel's explanations in his post A better starting-point for Nikon RAW-files from 2016, 07 26th. So, yes, I ended processing a photo shot on a Canon camera with a profile created for an old Nikon D700. Afterwards, I admit I am amazed to see tyhe result is rather good, and I understand why I had to push exposure a little.
