dt does not provide for moving files not already in the database.  But one
could back-door the process and move files by importiing to the database
from camera/sdcard/..., and THEN moving the files within dt.  This is
definitely a round-about method which would be very inefficient.

BUT dt cannot move files it does not contain within it's db.  It must
first "import" the files.  And "import" does not entail moving files.

and I do realize dt utilizes gphoto.
