correct setting, hover the mouse (and it changes the shape) so it is
ready to crop but instead of shrinkng the image it moves the copy

the situation - I'd zoom out and it behaves better or I'd change the
guides from perspective to rule of 3rd. The issue is not always
visible. But a few times when I have to crop it is like a bit sticky.
For the record, I am also seeing this, using the new crop tool. I have
found that if I click and drag rapidly, it usually moves the crop frame,
but if I pause a fraction of a second after clicking it will move the
edge as desired.
I have not tried cropping with the old crop and rotate tool since using
3.6, so I cannot confirm this behavior exists there as well. I did not
experience this behavior with previous versions.
I am running darktable 3.6.0 on Arch Linux.
