I think too, that dt can do anything that "perfectly clear" of ASP
does, even better, but it is a question of time if you have a series of
hundreds of photos (as usual).

If you want to optimize 1 very important photo and if it is worth to
spend 1-2 hours for 1 photo, than you will get the best result doing
everything manually. Ok, the time depends on the experience with the
image processing programm. I usually spent 1 minute for 1 photo with
ASP and "perfectly clear", but I am willing to spend more time, but not
1 hour for 1 photo.

These photos eg did _not_ get a _lot_ better with "pefectly clear"
http://www.bognerart.eu/index.php/2012-12_gnigler_krampuslauf_2012
(available light) although I tried a lot with Aftershot, it was hard to
get the colors of the street light better. If I am experienced with dt,
I will try them again.

But there are a lot of other series including from old photos which
have been improved a _lot_ by "perfectly clear" automatically, eg

(available light)

If you have hundreds of photos and you do not have a lot of time, since
the photos are needed ASAP from someone else (someone mentioned
wedding photography, but there are a lot of other situations, eg
sport, events, aso), you have to look for something which speeds the
process. Ok you don't get 100% with auto optimisation, but if the
automatic result is a lot better than the original shot looks, it is
worth to use it and rarely I got garbage with "Perfectly clear".

So I would be very happy, if there is something that makes the workflow
faster, but of course this is my wish and the priorities have to be
set by the developers. I am not able to code this, but I am willing to
help if I can, eg with testing.
